Job description
Genesis Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Concur Training Lead to support a public sector client. You will configure, deliver and support SAP Concur solutions while applying Lean, Agile, Kanban and SAFe principles.
Responsibilities include developing end-user training plans, creating content with Articulate 360, conducting needs assessments, and delivering Train-The-Trainer sessions to drive user adoption.
