Job description
Chase is seeking a Lending Solutions Specialist Senior in Business Banking to support complex SBA and CRE loans, manage client application workflow, and review post-approval documentation. You will work with BRMs and Specialty Finance Lending Advisor to ensure accurate due diligence and timely loan closing.
In this high-volume role, you will coordinate with credit officers, perform collateral reviews, order valuations, and prepare loan documentation while maintaining risk controls.
