Job description
SiriusXM is seeking a Senior SBC Engineer to oversee the stability, security, and high availability of voice infrastructure in a mission-critical call center supporting emergency calls. You will design, configure, and operate Oracle Acme Packet SBCs and OCCAS, ensuring reliable SIP-based voice services across networks.
The role requires 7+ years in VoIP/SIP engineering with 5+ years of hands-on SBC/OCCAS work, plus strong troubleshooting skills and cross-functional collaboration.
