Job description
We are seeking senior scientists who specialize in the development and manufacturing of cancer therapies.The ideal candidates will have significant experience working with pharmaceutical companies or CROs.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the research team on cancer therapy development projects.
Gain a thorough understanding of cancer therapy development.
Offer guidance, mentorship, and cross-training to other scientists in the cancer therapy development group.
Overcome challenges that hinder the successful advancement of cancer therapy projects.
Provide regular project plans and progress reports.
Qualifications
A Ph.D. in biology or pharmacology is preferred, although related fields may be considered.
At least 2 years of experience in relevant pharmaceutical companies or CROs.
Expertise in cancer therapy development research.
Proven skills in project design and management, with the ability to independently lead research and development teams.
Strong multitasking capabilities and a track record of excelling in intellectually demanding settings.
