Job description
Prestige Consumer Healthcare is seeking a Sr. Scientist to drive the multiyear product roadmap across OTC and cosmetic topical lines.
You will lead internal and external R&D teams, collaborate with Marketing to ideate new products, and manage formulation from ideation through scale-up to ensure on-time launches. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, developing product plans, and negotiating external development agreements.
