Job description
Toyota North America’s Electronics Research Department seeks a Senior Scientist in advanced electronics packaging to lead hands-on experimental research, prototype development, and integration for power and photonic devices.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will design hardware, fabricate test samples, assemble packages, and validate performance while mentoring junior researchers and publishing results.
