Job description
New York Life seeks a hands-on Scrum Master / Test Lead to support its Technology Modernization Initiative in a hybrid setup. You will enable agile delivery and oversee testing to ensure high-quality, business-focused outcomes with reliable release readiness.
You will partner with Product Owners, developers, testers, and stakeholders to embed quality throughout the delivery lifecycle and drive continuous improvement across teams.
