Job description
AV is seeking an experienced SEC Financial Reporting Manager to lead external reporting, including Form 10-K/10-Q, and ensure U.S. GAAP and SEC compliance.
You will collaborate with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Investor Relations, Tax, Legal, and segment finance teams to deliver timely financial disclosures. The role requires extensive experience in SEC reporting, strong technical accounting skills, and a focus on internal controls and process improvements.
