Job description
ADARx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in San Diego, CA seeks an experienced Sr. Corporate Securities Counsel to support governance, securities compliance, strategic transactions, and public company readiness. You will partner with executive leadership, finance, IR, HR, and external counsel to enable compliant growth.
The ideal candidate has law firm and in-house biotech experience, with SEC reporting, equity compensation, and capital markets expertise. This is a full-time on-site role in San Diego.
