7AI is the foundational AI security company. Founded in 2024 by Cybereason co-founders Lior Div and Yonatan Striem-Amit, we came out of stealth in February 2025 to take on the non-human work of the SOC. Our platform pairs a federated SIEM with AI agents that detect, investigate, respond, and hunt, plus dedicated threat hunting and threat intelligence, with humans on the loop.

Overview
An AI agent is only as good as the incident response strategy behind it, and someone has to design those workflows, test them against real attacks, and prove they hold up before customers rely on them. As a Senior Security Engineer, you'll define security workflows and incident response strategies for our platform. You'll work directly with customers, design and implement advanced security use cases, and build automated simulations of complex attacks. You'll also research security incidents and use what you learn to help improve our AI agents.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions into the platform.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in security, including SOC, Blue Team, or IR roles.
Experience with Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platforms.
Experience automating tasks and coding in Python or similar languages.
Broad knowledge of and genuine interest in security across multiple domains.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
Cloud security experience.
