Job description
Rockland Trust is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to design, implement, and continuously improve security across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will lead security architecture, threat detection, incident response, and SOC collaboration to strengthen the bank's security posture.
You will mentor junior engineers, drive Zero Trust initiatives, and partner with cross‑functional teams to secure data, identities, and cloud workloads in a fast‑paced financial services setting.
