Job description
Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager II to lead large deployment projects and drive customer success in security and enterprise products.
You will build strong relationships, provide design guidance, and coordinate across Support and Engineering to ensure high satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in technical customer-facing roles and experience with cloud platforms, microsegmentation, EDR, and Zero Trust.
