Job description
SkyWater Technology, Inc. in Bloomington, MN, is seeking a Principal Integration Engineer to lead development of novel technologies and move devices from concept to volume manufacturing.
You will own comprehensive wafer process flows, validate layouts with CAD, and partner with process/tool experts to design robust recipes and experiments. Experience in semiconductor fabrication and strong communication skills are essential.
