Job description
Advantest America is seeking a hands-on Senior Software Test Engineer to own test architecture, automation, device characterization, and system integration across SLT, Burn-In, HPC, and semiconductor manufacturing test platforms.
You will develop test programs and tooling in Python/C#/C++, define validation plans, analyze data, and collaborate with hardware, firmware, and manufacturing teams to ensure readiness and ramp.
