Job description
Uniregistry Corp. is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to ensure delivery against contracted obligations and drive service improvements.
You will work with client stakeholders, delivery, operations and sales teams to maintain SLA/KPI performance and high service quality. You will own service level governance, manage escalations with cross-functional teams, lead service reviews, and coach teams to deliver value and consistent customer satisfaction across a portfolio of accounts.
