Job description
BrightPath Early Learning & Child Care seeks a Service Delivery Manager to govern service delivery across IT, Facilities, and shared services. You will own escalation, metrics, and continuous improvement for a centralized Helpdesk.
You will partner with MSPs and vendors, define SLAs, and mentor future staff including a Level 1 Technician and PMO/Training resources. Strong ITIL knowledge and excellent stakeholder leadership are essential.
