Commercial HVAC company with over 23 years in business seeking a Senior Service Technician who specializes in servicing HVAC systems at commercial sites, operating mostly independently while occasionally training junior staff. This role demands a licensed technician skilled in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and preventive care to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction within varied commercial environments.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and repair HVAC equipment efficiently
* Troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose problems accurately
* Install new HVAC systems following company standards
* Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
* Support customers with technical expertise and clear communication
* Work independently while ensuring safety compliance
* Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance team capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience as a service technician
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Valid Service Technician License
* Strong skills in mechanical repair and electrical systems
* Proficiency with diagnostic tools
