Cognizant is seeking a Senior Manager ServiceNow Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology across ServiceNow implementations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
You will lead discovery, translate requirements into user stories, support Agile ceremonies, coordinate UAT, and manage scope while driving cross-functional collaboration in a remote US-based role.
