Job description
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert for a remote role. You will lead technical delivery across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/CSM/FSM, define architecture, and ensure successful implementations. Expect coordination with clients, requirement gathering, estimations, and mentoring teams.
