Job description
Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, is seeking a Registered Nurse in Senior Services to deliver care coordination and triage for geriatric patients, both by phone and in person. The nurse will perform assessments and educate patients in their homes or assisted living facilities within 20 miles of Rochester.
The RN supports professional nursing practice, coordinates care across settings, and may mentor colleagues. Valid state RN license and BLS are required.
