Job description
Generac is seeking a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer for Fabrication in Waukesha, WI. You will lead area layouts, equipment selection, and process improvements for sheet metal fabrication, including turret punching, laser cutting, and powder coating.
You will partner with design engineering to improve DFM in NPI and ensure robust OEE programs. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering and 5+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication, plus experience with
