Job description
Trade Lane Talent is seeking an experienced Shipyard Project Manager – Government Operations to lead complex drydock repairs for U.S. Government vessels in Northern New Jersey. You will drive execution, schedules, manpower, and subcontractor coordination in a high-intensity shipyard setting.
This senior role requires strong leadership and the ability to manage QA, safety, and customer communication across multiple departments. On-site work in NJ with weekend availability is required.
