Job description
SF Metalworks, a California-based fabricator of architectural and decorative metalwork, is seeking a Shop Technical Lead. You will lead fabricators, welders, CNC operators, and production staff on a fast-paced floor, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
The role requires deep fabrication knowledge, blueprints/CAD reading, and hands-on guidance to optimize production, maintain ISO 9000 QA, and coordinate with project teams. Salary is $40-$50 per hour with a four-day work week.
