Job description
CyberCoders is seeking a Principal Silicon Carbide (SiC) Product Engineer in Sunnyvale, CA, with relocation assistance. You will drive SiC products from realization to stable volume manufacturing and serve as a technical liaison between product, manufacturing, and external foundries.
Key duties include leading SiC NPIs for power products, coordinating schedules and gates, developing qualification procedures, and shaping datasheets and reliability testing to satisfy AECQ and JEDEC requirements.
