Job description
Genentech's Kentucky Distribution Center (KDC) Site Head leads all operational teams in Louisville, driving safe, compliant, and cost-effective distribution of life-changing medicines. Collaborates with Customer Operations, US Commercial, Quality, SHE, and global network leadership to ensure OTIF delivery and business continuity.
This Sr. Director role requires 15+ years in pharma distribution with 10–12+ years of leadership, strong cGMP knowledge, Lean Six Sigma, and change leadership.
