Role Description
The Senior Site Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Denver, CO, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and performance at a designated facility or portfolio of sites. This role leads site planning and execution for sustainability, energy, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and safety standards. The Senior Site Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, manages vendors and contractors, and monitors project timelines, budgets, and quality metrics. Key tasks include developing implementation plans, tracking operational KPIs, preparing status reports, and communicating progress and risks to internal and external stakeholders. The role also drives continuous improvement, identifies opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce environmental impact, and supports the adoption of digital tools and data-driven decision making at the site level.
Qualifications
Experience in site or facility management, operations leadership, or project management, preferably within energy, sustainability, or industrial environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, including planning, scheduling, budget oversight, and risk mitigation.
Strong skills in stakeholder communication, team coordination, and vendor/contractor management.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices for on‑site operations.
Familiarity with data analysis, performance metrics, and digital tools or platforms used in operational and energy management.
Proven capability to drive continuous improvement and implement process enhancements at the site level.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, environmental science, business, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, CM) are a plus.
Ability to work on‑site in Denver, CO, with a hands‑on approach and readiness to address operational issues in real time.
Experience in sustainability, energy efficiency, or decarbonization initiatives is strongly beneficial.
