Job description
A global healthcare leader based in Lebanon, IN is seeking an Operational Excellence Business Partner to enhance continuous improvement efforts. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in a GMP facility, a Bachelor's degree, and strong skills in Lean Manufacturing, project management, and coaching. You will drive site initiatives and facilitate training to achieve Operational Excellence standards, working closely with leadership to ensure engagement and sustainability.
