Job description
The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation team. You will assess referred patients, provide direct therapy, and set goals within physician-guided plans for long-term care residents.
Responsibilities include documenting patient condition, delivering treatments, and educating patients and families. NY licensure, strong documentation skills, and teamwork are required for success in this full-time role.
