Job description
Speech Therapy - SLP at Mountain View Post Acute in Mountain View, CA is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Rehabilitation. You will evaluate patients within 24 hours of physician referral, develop a treatment plan, treat per the plan, and supervise Speech Language Pathologist Assistants.
You will participate in patient care conferences, utilization reviews, and rehab conferences, and assist in discharge planning.
