Job description
Reflection is seeking a Subject Matter Expert on Election Integrity, Violent Extremism, and Fraud to define enforcement workflows and act as a gatekeeper for safe model releases.
You will lead end-to-end evaluation, partner with Safety, Alignment, Policy, and Legal teams, and represent Reflection externally with regulators and partners. This role involves reviewing sensitive content and ensuring compliance with evolving laws.
