Job description
NVIDIA is seeking a Senior SOC Design Engineer to join our SOC Design team in Santa Clara. You will integrate IP blocks to build next‑gen GPUs and SOCs, develop system‑level methodologies, and streamline design flows across RTL, synthesis, and physical design.
You will work with cross‑functional teams, mentor colleagues, and apply automation to improve efficiency. A BS/MS in CE/EE and 3+ years of hands‑on chip design experience are expected, with strong scripting skills in Perl or Python.
