Job description
Micron Technology, Inc. in Richardson, TX is seeking an experienced SoC Static Timing Analysis (STA) Engineer to own chip-level timing sign-off from design through tape-out.
You will work with RTL, physical design, DFT, verification, and product teams to ensure timing integrity across modes and corners. The role requires 10+ years of hands-on STA experience, expertise with PrimeTime or Tempus, and strong Python/Tcl scripting for automation and reporting.
