Job description
XPO is seeking a Lead Analyst, Social Media to drive our global social strategy from the Charlotte area. You will own end-to-end social programs across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X and emerging platforms, balancing strategic planning with hands-on content creation.
You'll develop editorial calendars, craft engaging content, monitor performance, and translate data into improvements, partnering with executives and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
