Job description
XPO is seeking a Lead Analyst, Social Media to own and execute the company's social strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X and emerging platforms. You will develop channel-specific plans aligned with business priorities and lead content roadmaps.
The role combines strategy with hands-on content creation: filming, editing, and producing social-first video and graphics, while tracking performance, reporting KPIs and optimizing campaigns. Travel to XPO locations may be required.
