Apptronik Systems, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Lead Software Engineer - Dexterous Manipulation to drive development of learning-based dexterous control for our multi-fingered hand hardware and Apollo platform.
You will bridge research and production software, guiding architecture and policy transitions from simulation to real robots. You will lead a team, own technical direction, and influence hardware specifications while delivering reliable, scalable software built in Python and C++.
