Job description
One Call seeks a Senior/Principal Software Engineer to drive architecture and delivery in a legacy-heavy environment that is actively modernizing. You will guide engineers, challenge assumptions, and balance tradeoffs to accelerate reliable software across .NET, SQL Server, WinForms/Web Forms, and modern .NET Core, REST APIs, and front-end stacks.
