Job description
Sift is seeking a product engineering leader to own Sift Agents, AI-backed assistants for hardware teams. You’ll translate customer workflows into agent capabilities, from MVP to full-scale delivery.
You’ll work across the stack—from frontend interactions to API design and scalable backend code—while collaborating with customers and product to drive the roadmap. Location is Marina Del Rey, CA; relocation to LA is possible. Salary range is $170,000–$220,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.
