Location: Peachtree Corners, GA 30092 | Hybrid Remote: In the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Responsibilities
Owning and accelerating AI engineering for the GTM organization as a strategic capability
Acting as the technical bridge between GTM, GTM Systems, Product, Development, and IT
Building LLM and agent-powered workflows directly into Salesforce and adjacent systems
Leveraging Glean agents in Salesforce and other LLM platforms to automate manual tasks and unlock new capabilities within GTM
Translating business problems into clear technical designs – patterns, diagrams, error handling
Implementing secure integrations between GTM and AI platforms – following security patterns
Working on high-visibility solutions from discovery to rollout
Standardize how GTM builds AI solutions – shared libraries, reusable flows, documentation
Requirements
7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, building production systems
Strong experience with Salesforce (Apex, Flows, Platform Integrations)
Experience with HubSpot, Gainsight, Planhat, Everstage, Zuora, or Chili Piper is preferred
Practical experience implementing NLP, LLMs, and AI agents (Glean, OpenAI)
Familiarity with AI workflow and orchestration patterns
Experience designing and building automations and data workflows
Ability to work cross-functionally with RevOps, sales, customer success, and marketing teams
