Job description
Essential Hub, LLC in Sandy, Utah is seeking a senior software leader who proactively identifies gaps and ambiguities, challenges assumptions before work begins, and validates that what’s being built is the right thing to deliver.
You’ll decompose complex programs into parallel workstreams, map dependencies, and negotiate scope with stakeholders. You’ll mentor junior engineers, design scalable patterns, and ensure delivery with strong testing, dashboards, and risk management.
