Job description
Design, build, and maintain critical APIs and data pipelines
Enable seamless clinical workflows and real-time data exchange across external systems and the core product
Drive application platform architecture with consideration for the team and future product roadmap
Collaborate with product, design, machine learning, and infrastructure teams
Uphold engineering standards and ensure code is reviewed, tested, and integrated
Mentor teammates and share technical knowledge
Champion code quality across individual and team contributions
Contribute to a SaaS platform while ensuring reliability, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards
Collaborate with clinical, QA, and regulatory teams to meet validation expectations and support inspection readiness
Requirements
BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or closely related technical field
5+ years of full life cycle development experience
Experience designing and building Python-based applications using FastAPI or Django
Foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
Ability to collaborate with a distributed team and work autonomously
Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to attend client-facing meetings and explain technical concepts to non-experts
Cloud platform experience with AWS
