Job description
Lead the design and scaling of data platforms and services for real-time loan origination and financial reporting. Own quarterly goals, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and design teams to solve complex technical problems.
Requirements
Requires 4+ years of experience in backend systems using Python or Kotlin, with expertise in distributed systems and data pipelines using Spark and Airflow. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is required.
