Job description
Build and scale data platforms and services for real-time loan originations and financial reporting. Lead engineers through ambiguity to deliver quarterly goals while fostering a culture of quality and ownership.
Requirements: Requires 4+ years of experience in backend systems using Python or Kotlin and expertise in distributed systems with AWS and Kubernetes. Proficiency in scalable data pipelines using Spark or Airflow and a degree in a related field or equivalent experience are required.
