Job description
Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and implement backend compute services and APIs for ARM64 and x86_64 instance management.
You will work with QEMU, Linux systems, and hardware teams to optimize multi-architecture compute across the Akamai Connected Cloud. The role requires 5+ years of experience, proficiency in Python/Go/C/C++, and knowledge of cloud compute virtualization (KVM/QEMU) and RESTful APIs.
