Develop and maintain automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, or similar scripting technologies. Perform root cause analysis for software and system issues and recommend long‑term corrective actions. Document operational procedures, engineering solutions, and customer‑specific configurations. Support system demonstrations, customer testing events, and field integration activities.
