Job description
As a Senior Software Engineer working on User Experience, you will build a new way to experience Ads in app and in game. This team will focus on the UX for users and developers in how they see and experience ads as well as for developers to see how their ads are performing. You will be part of the team building brand new user experiences that will be critical to our Immersive Ads future. You will report into our Engineering Manager
In this role, you will craft robust, extensible systems for high-traffic surfaces across our Ads products. You will drive solutions using React and other technologies, helping us to build components quickly and efficiently across devices
Design, build and ship high-traffic features to improve the user journey for millions of users across mobile, desktop and other immersive platforms
Work with Engineering, Product, Design and Data partners to match developers with the right audience
Architect universal solutions for delivering features across a range of platforms and devices
Drive UX improvements through data-driven decisions and A/B testing
Partner closely with Product, Design, Data Science, and other Roblox engineering teams to deliver coherent user journeys across the platform
