Role Overview
An industry marketplace startup in NYC, currently with a team of around 65 people, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack) to join their growing company. This on-site role offers a competitive salary of up to $200k, equity options, and a comprehensive benefits package. Qualifications
STEM or Computer Science degree from a top-tier school (mandatory).
Hands-on experience building APIs (highly desirable).
Passion for engineering and dedication to mastering your craft.
Experience with early-stage startups (preferred but not essential).
Ability to thrive in high-quality, fast-paced environments while delivering exceptional code and products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and guide the development of web and mobile applications.
Establish best practices in code reusability and build processes.
Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver a best-in-class user experience.
Build analytics and monitoring systems to assess user experience and application health.
