Job description
Build the applications that power our business.
Join our IT team as a Software Developer, where you'll design, build, and support applications that keep critical business functions running smoothly. You'll work closely with fellow developers and business users, turning real-world problems into elegant technical solutions — and your work will have a direct, visible impact on how the organization operates.
What You’ll Do
Build & innovate — Develop and enhance business applications using C#, .NET, and modern web frameworks
Design thoughtfully — Create use cases, sequence diagrams, and other artifacts to guide solid requirements
Solve real problems — Troubleshoot complex issues and provide hands‑on support for key business systems
Collaborate widely — Partner with vendors, internal teams, and fellow developers on systems analysis and design
Know the business — Get close to the end users you're building for, so the software actually fits how they work
What You Bring
5–8 years of software development experience (or a Bachelor's degree plus equivalent experience)
A sharp problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure
Great communication skills — equally comfortable with engineers and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience with ES6, RxJS, NgRx, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Docker/Kubernetes, Azure (ASB, APIM, AAC), KendoUI, SignalR, Service Fabric, or Figma. MCSD certification is a plus, not a requirement.
Why You’ll Like It Here
You’ll join a collaborative, agile team that values curiosity and continuous learning. If you like solving meaningful problems, working across the stack, and seeing your code make a real operational difference — this is your kind of role.
