Job description
Compass is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build the pre-CRM nurturing pipeline and lead readiness scoring that accelerates agent handoffs. You will own the AWS Connect integration and shape automated nurture across SMS, email, and voice channels.
You will collaborate with data and ML teams to incorporate signals, build scalable microservices, and ensure robust testing, monitoring, and documentation across the Leads platform.
