We’re looking for a Senior C#/.NET Developer to join an application development team supporting business-critical applications in a regulated financial-services environment.
This is a hands‑on senior engineering role focused on building and modernizing enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and services using C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Microsoft technologies.
The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering experience, a solid understanding of CI/CD and Azure DevOps, and experience troubleshooting production applications. Experience with financial services, capital markets, trading systems, or market data is a plus.
Senior C#/.NET Developer Overview
As a Senior C#/.NET Developer, you will design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications and services using Microsoft technologies.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust solutions in a regulated financial‑services environment.
Lead technical initiatives, including design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
Enhance application maintainability, testability, and performance while ensuring operational resilience.

Senior C#/.NET Developer Key Responsibilities & Duties
Design and develop enterprise applications, services, APIs, and integration components using C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
Modernize application components to improve security, documentation, and operational resilience.
Build and enhance Azure DevOps repositories and CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
Support trading workflows involving market data, messaging, and enterprise interfaces.
Investigate and resolve production issues using logs, database queries, and monitoring tools.
Provide technical leadership through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and development standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver controlled solutions in a regulated environment.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development.
Senior C#/.NET Developer Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience; 10 years preferred.
Expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and modern .NET development.
Proficiency in SQL Server, including query development and performance troubleshooting.
Practical experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and software change controls.
Knowledge of object-oriented design, secure coding, and automated testing.
Experience in financial services or capital markets preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
