We’re working with a fast-growing AI healthtech company using automation to make medication access simpler for patients and providers.
About the Role
High-ownership role for an engineer who likes working across backend, APIs, data and customer-facing product.
You’ll work closely with founders, product and operations to turn messy healthcare workflows into software that actually makes a difference.
What You’ll Do
Own projects from idea through to production
Build and scale backend services, APIs, data systems and product features
Make architecture decisions as the platform grows
Improve reliability, scalability and observability
Help shape engineering culture as the team expands
You’ll Be Great At This If You
Have 2-10+ years of experience building production software
Are strong in Python and comfortable across the stack
Like ambiguity, ownership and solving properly hard problems
Have good systems judgement and strong product instincts
Can work well with non-technical teams and drive work forward independently
Nice to Have
Healthtech, workflow automation or early-stage startup experience
Experience with AI-native products or agents
